Many people were curious to hear the recent results from Spotify’s work from anywhere policy which led to a 15% lower attrition rate and a considerable increase in diversity and inclusion metrics.  It has prompted many companies to reflect on their own approach to work from anywhere.

Some are even going further and looking to the possibilities around being fully remote.
